We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Keysium and wish to return it for a refund, store credit, or an exchange, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy.
All returns must be authorized by our support team. Please contact us and write “Keysium Returns” in the subject line. We will acknowledge your notification and advise you of the process and return address. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the return address. To return your product, you should mail your product to the provided address by our support team.
We are not responsible for the return postage and are not responsible for any shipments lost or liability for packages damaged in transit back to us. Therefore, packages must be traceable (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, registered mail). Clearly, indicate on the outside of the package, “RETURNED GOODS.” This will prevent any customs charges being added for international orders. Please note that any import duty incurred by us will be deducted from your refund as we are unable to refund any shipping, custom taxes, etc. Keysium reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or any return that does not meet these terms and conditions. Refused returns will be returned to the sender at the client’s expense.
When the goods are received in an original and resaleable condition, we will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of the receipt of the returned goods excluding shipping. Please note, the cost and safe return of the goods is your responsibility and must arrive within the specified return policy window. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order following the successful return processing of original condition merchandise.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver once the returned item is received.
