Shipping Policy

We are committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers and that is why we proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays or COVID delays that might impact delivery times. If you have any issues with your orders please contact us.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.

FREE Shipping Worldwide

We like to keep things simple and make our customers happy and that is why we offer FREE shipping worldwide on all our orders. There is no order minimums to qualify. All packages also come with tracking. Enjoy!

Estimated Delivery

The orders are dispatched from China (where our manufacturing partner is located) and the estimated delivery time frames for most of the countries are 20 – 25 days after the order has been processed. Quicker shipping options are available but quite expensive. If you need an order to arrive by a certain date please contact us prior to confirm.

If you place an order for more than one item, please note that it might arrive in separate packages (relevant tracking details will be provided). It is done this way to meet the requirements of our shipping partners, hope you understand.

Import Duty and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Keysium is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Keysium is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and link that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

As it is Free shipping, tracking is not as detailed and frequently updating. Sometimes the tracking only updates details once the parcel has arrived in the destination country. If you have questions about your order status or haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Keysium and wish to return it for a refund, store credit, or an exchange, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Please see our Returns and Refund Policy for more details.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
